A window so big you can’t miss it.

Your web calendars, or a quick one-off.

Subscribe to any ICS feed — Google, iCloud, Outlook, your team’s — and meetings flow onto the board. Or type a one-off straight in when something pops up.

And lots of little things…

  • Global hotkey. A system-wide shortcut brings the board forward from any app, any time.
  • Menu-bar countdown. Time until the next thing rides along in the menu bar — “1h”, “12m”, “now”.
  • Quick timers. Right-click the menu bar to drop a 5-, 15-, or 25-minute timer on the board.
  • Pick your window. Arrivals can take over the whole screen or live in a small, draggable panel.
  • Customizable presets. Pick your own lead times and timer lengths.
  • Any ICS feed. Subscribe to Google, iCloud, Outlook, or any URL — multiple feeds, side by side.
  • All-day rules. Separate timings for all-day events so they don’t interrupt.
  • One-click join. Meeting links in calendar events open straight from the window.
  • Custom calendar colors. Override the feed colors so each calendar reads at a glance.
  • Custom themes. Light, dark, or a palette of your own — applied across every window.
  • Typography. Pick a custom font and dial the size up or down.
